Director
Tom has a variety of experience in Defence, Technology, Corporate Restructuring and Assurance. With a background in International Political Economy he is able to provide strategic insight and vision to a wide array of clients.
James
Director
James is a CIMA qualified accountant who helps clients see the detail in their business performance. He presents complex numbers in a simple manner and provides valuable industry insight at board level strategy meetings.
Jonathan
Director
Jonathan has significant commercial experience and an outstanding track record in manufacturing business development, acquisitions, disposals and corporate restructure. His role is to bring consultative input to our clients on any area of their business they would like to develop or problem solve. He has been Group Managing Director of the Volz organisation since 2011, holding the position of Managing Director since 1996.

Accountant
Hayley has significant accountancy practice experience including accounts preparation, audit, assurance and bookkeeping. Hayley brings unique understanding and experience of manufacturing, retail and service businesses and is integral in ensuring our clients receive the best service possible.
